She has property management experience beyond the hospitality industry as well, managing an RV park. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications. She is passionate about guest engagement and creating a positive work environment. At Mehr Consultancy, Melissa ensures smooth operations by assisting all hotel managers meet their goals and responsibilities. She has played softball her entire life and now enjoys coaching her two daughters.
